Job summary

Crunch Fitness Ocala is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director who combines a passion for health with strong sales leadership. You will oversee a team of personal trainers, assign clients, and drive sales targets while fostering a motivating club environment.

This is a full-time salaried exempt role, eligible for a sales commission. You will engage members daily, guide kickoff experiences, assist with bookings and billing, and help your team deliver trusted training experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ personal training experience with program design required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• CPR & AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff for the member journey.
• Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
• Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Foster a collaborative environment to reach club goals.
• Build value of the trainer as a subject matter expert and develop trust.
