Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to drive our fitness programs, assign a team of personal trainers, and set sales targets while maintaining a motivating environment. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with commission potential.

This role emphasizes leadership, sales excellence, and hands-on development of staff within a dynamic gym community. CPR & AED certification is required, and a passion for health and fitness is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of personal training experience with program design."
• CPR & AED certifications required."

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Assign trainers to clientele and monitor performance.
• Drive sales targets while fostering a motivating environment.
• Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing.
• Collaborate with team to reach club goals.
• Establish trust in the trainer and ensure a results-driven experience.
