Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring an Assistant Fitness Director to drive our fitness programs and lead a team of trainers. You will set and surpass sales targets while building a positive, motivating environment for members and staff.

You will assign trainers to clientele, manage daily member engagement, and ensure a high‑energy, results‑driven experience. This full‑time exempt role offers commission and growth opportunities in a fast‑paced industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ personal training experience with program design required.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• CPR & AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Lead CrunchONE kickoff to enhance member journey.
• Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
• Assist clients with sessions booking and billing updates.
• Foster a collaborative environment to reach club goals.
• Position trainers as subject matter experts to drive results.
