Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• CPR & AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members daily and drive satisfaction.
• Assign and supervise trainers to clients and manage scheduling.
• Help clients with booking sessions and updating billing information.
• Lead team toward club goals and foster a collaborative culture.
• Promote trainer expertise to ensure a positive, results-driven experience.
