Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant Fitness Director to drive fitness programs, assign a team of trainers to clients, and set and surpass sales targets while fostering a positive, motivating club environment.

Qualifications

• Require HS diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ personal training with program design.
• Proven sales track record in fitness.
• CPR & AED certifications required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign trainers to clients, set and beat sales targets.
• Engage with members daily and assist with bookings and billing.
• Foster collaboration to reach club goals.
• Promote trainer expertise to build trust and results.
• Guide the Kickoff experience for new members.
• Address questions and concerns from members.
