Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Experience in Controller/Assistant Controller, R2R or Controllership functions.
• Strong background in intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and royalty accounting.
• Experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P/P2P) processes.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge.
• ERP experience with SAP or Dynamics preferred.
• Big 4/public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience in carve-out/shared services/PE-backed environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and royalty cross-charges.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance.
• Partner with tax, treasury, procurement, and shared services teams.
• Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities.
• Drive issue resolution across finance operations and transaction processing.

Key Requirements

• CPA required
