Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a finance professional to provide daily supervision of the Finance department, support operational goals, and ensure accurate revenue reporting. The role involves coordinating with management, auditing procedures, and maintaining strict confidentiality within the department.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and daily supervision to Finance department staff
• Supports operational goals and monitors performance and profit objectives
• Coordinates scheduling with attention to deadlines and communicates concerns to management
• Supports compliance with departmental budgets
• Performs revenue auditor duties as needed
• Monitors revenue activity compliance through exception processes and ensures proper documentation
• Executes audit procedures, makes necessary corrections, and collaborates with internal and external auditors
• Completes journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and generates revenue reports and statistical analyses
• Maintains and updates financial spreadsheets regularly
• Ensures regulatory compliance and reports potential issues to management
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
