Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to direct restaurant operations and develop teams. You will oversee budgeting, cost controls, and guest service excellence to maximize profitability while maintaining high industry standards.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in progressive F&B management, including multi-unit experience. Local policy-based benefits and a strong guest-centric culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Five years progressive Food & Beverage management experience, including three years directing a multi-unit operation.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Knowledge of all phases of Food & Beverage administration, cost control and familiarity with all food and beverage services.
