Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking candidates to assist in interviewing, training, and scheduling, while ensuring compliance with bargaining agreements and protecting company assets. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or minimum of one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; communicate effectively with individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing, selecting and training new team members.
• Assist management in preparing administrative records and reports for all areas of responsibility.
• Review, adjust and administer working schedules of team members, including bidding and scheduling.
• Understand and comply with all contractual obligations described in bargaining agreements.
• Supervise work processes and assign tasks to team members.
• Review team performance, productivity, and attendance to ensure guidelines are met.
• Address complaints or concerns from team members.
• Protect company assets and promote policies to increase revenue and manage expenses.
• Administer progressive disciplinary actions as needed.
• Facilitate communication between management and team members.
• Attend or provide required training including sanitation, safety, and alcohol awareness.

• Provide the safety of team members including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter and performing all job duties safely and responsibly.
• Assist team members with any necessary job functions for the efficient management or administration of business.
• Meet and ensure department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
