Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlet Supervisor in a fast-paced casino environment. The role entails supervising the designated F&B outlet and managing daily shift operations.

You will create schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding service standards. The ideal candidate has at least two years in Food & Beverage with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A) in related field.
• Two years of Food & Beverage experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• High energy with proactive and strategic approach to issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Food & Beverage Outlet designated to this role and manage daily operations of a shift.

• Responsible for supervising the Food & Beverage Outlet designated to this role and the overall daily management of a designated shift. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives
• Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction
• Responsible for maintaining department financials in accordance with the department budget
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals
• Assists in the maintenance and development of procedures for food service and inspects menu items for maximum customer satisfaction

• Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate
