Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge and enforcing all gaming laws and regulations.
  • Reviews and compiles all paperwork produced by Player Services and all revenue producing outlets. Gathers all information used in tracking cash‑in and cash‑out transactions; prepares CTRs.
  • Generates detailed and summarized reports for each revenue category.
  • Monitors compliance of policies and procedures. Reports any irregularities or exceptions to Finance Manager.
  • Creates daily postings to update General Ledger for financial reporting.
  • Opens and sorts mail.
  • Codes non‑PO invoices and indicates “Requester”.
  • Enters urgent check requests that are of high priority.
  • Enters ABC direct debits and applies against PO’s.
  • Assists with pending receipts as needed.
  • Reviews vendor statements as needed.
  • Scans and sends invoices to the appropriate email address for SS AP.
  • Completes data entry for accounting reports distributed to the property.
  • Enters warehouse adjustments and inventory counts for the EOM inventory process.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Qualification Requirements

  • General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word). Knowledge of 10‑Key, Accounting and Database software, LSI, IGT, LMS, and InfoGenesis preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Language Skills

Must have good written and oral communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
