Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to help the Field Manager oversee labor and materials on contract maintenance and snow removal projects. You will mentor crew, supervise daily activities, and ensure work is completed within budget hours.

The role emphasizes team development, customer communication, and continuous training to meet branch goals and deliver high-quality landscape services.

Qualifications

• At least one year of contract maintenance experience in a commercial setting.
• Ability to develop and coach staff while managing safety and quality.
• Strong understanding of budgets, hours and job costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Monitor budgets and communicate hours to crew members.
• Inspect work and address issues with customers at end of day.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good condition.
