Ruppert Landscape Co. is seeking an Assistant Field Manager for Landscape/Hardscape Install. This role develops and supervises production on contracts, plans budgets, and ensures timely, quality work across multiple states. The ideal candidate will manage crews, coordinate training, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Management experience across multiple levels.
• Experience working with service customers.
• At least one year of contract maintenance experience in a commercial setting.
• Degree in horticulture or related field with two years of industry experience; certifications may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on contracts.
• Develop understanding of budgets and monitor hours and costs.
• Ensure quality by inspecting work and communicating issues to customers.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment.
