Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager.
• Maintain heavy equipment, including preventative maintenance and additional tools as necessary.
• Oversee safety protocols and monitor proper PPE usage onsite.
• Assist the Field Manager in supervising job site quality and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager.
• Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in landscape construction, hardscape, masonry, carpentry, irrigation, or equipment operations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Construction background or experience.
• Strong work ethic.
