Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage time appropriately to ensure properties are staged and cleaned to surpass guest expectations.
  • Conduct 100% of property quality control inspections per company checklist requirements.
  • Problem solving and multitasking in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Navigate the customer service domain with professionalism and a keen eye for solving guest issues.
  • Have an understanding and can perform minor maintenance tasks on our properties.
  • Effectively conduct inventory control utilizing systems and technologies, such as Office365 and Property Management Systems.
  • Conduct monthly inventory resets in each home.

You will succeed here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Ensure the property is guest-ready by conducting quality control inspections and ensuring the correct inventory, locks, and maintenance.
  • Constantly improve properties by using customer reviews/feedback.

Job Type: Full Time

Expected hours: 30 - 40 hours per week

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Schedule to be determined based on need
