Job description

Openings for Locations:

Bengaluru, Hassan, Kalburgi, Hubli, Raichur, Belagavi, and Bellary regions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct field surveys, design systems, prepare BOQ, supervise installations, and liaise with department officials.
  • Maintain a daily MIS report along with weekly reports to track business activities.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets in target industries.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Develop plans to achieve monthly targets with the Area Sales Manager and set daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team.
  • Handle channel sales and distributor sales activities confidently.
  • Develop new markets and explore business growth opportunities with channel partners.
  • Drive new business development from existing and new customers.
  • Responsible for the business targets of the territory.
  • As the Area Sales Manager, oversee sales performance, volume, and distribution targets for new product categories in the territory.
Desired Candidate Profile :

Young and dynamic candidates below 30 years with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in micro irrigation or rural marketing. Fresh candidates interested in rural sales and marketing will also be considered.
