Join Franklin Group as an Assistant Community Manager in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role reports to the Community Manager and requires LIHTC experience.

Job Details

Salary Range: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation of the community, including administrative tasks, leasing, and maintenance oversight.
  • Support the Community Manager in training and scheduling staff.
  • Inspect units and ensure community curb appeal.
  • Lease apartments to qualified prospects and assist with resident retention programs.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards.
  • Operate within safety standards and pursue personal growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience.
  • LIHTC experience required.
  • Fair Housing certification within 1 day of hire.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
