Job summary

You will work with Feed Mill Managers and the team to ensure proper manufacturing, scheduling, inventory management, quality assurance, and safety. Travel to other mills is required.

The role emphasizes leadership development, supervising employees, budget assistance, and ongoing process improvement in a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Agriculture or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree may be substituted with 2–3 years of additional experience.
• Knowledge of general feed manufacturing processes and SOPs would help.

Responsibilities

• Support feed manufacturing and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist with ingredient procurement, inventory control, and cost monitoring.
• Lead and develop mill employees in preparation for future supervisory roles.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, FSMA, and other regulatory programs.
• Assist in annual operating plans, budgets, and monthly financial reviews.
