Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in plant operations supervision or management.
• 5–7 years of wastewater treatment experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the wastewater facility to meet CCP KPIs.
• Ensure waste handling complies with RCRA, DOT, DTSC, POTW and customer requirements.
• Develop expertise in facility wastewater treatment technologies.
• Oversee scheduling, overtime, hiring, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce Health & Safety protocols and SOPs; participate in safety meetings.
• Collaborate on regulatory compliance with the Facility Compliance Manager.
• Oversee P&L, control costs, and manage purchasing and billing.
• Coordinate outbound waste management with National Logistics and ensure client service.
• Direct training and mentoring of plant employees for leadership development.
• Supervise maintenance programs and prepare the facility for audits.
