The position offers a day shift, with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in plant operations supervision or management required.
• 5 to 7 years of wastewater treatment experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the wastewater facility to meet compliance standards and KPIs.
• Oversee scheduling, overtime, hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce Health & Safety SOPs and participate in safety meetings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including permit requirements.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
