WhiteWater, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Wastewater to support day-to-day coordination, supervision, and safety across client sites.

You will help plan, schedule, document, and report on wastewater operations to maintain reliable, compliant system performance. The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and leadership of field crews, with company-assisted licensure and OSHA readiness.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree in wastewater or environmental field preferred with related supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and professional communication skills required.
• Experience supporting regulated wastewater operations and field service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory assistance to field personnel in Manager absence.
• Coordinate daily activities of operations and contractors for safe, reliable service.
• Monitor system performance and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain operational and regulatory documentation and reports.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and oversight of wastewater treatment and distribution operations.
