Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the assigned location, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations, and maintaining a professional image.
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop property-level financial and operational goals.
  • Oversee daily activities, including customer interactions, supervising staff, preparing reports, auditing cashier shifts, managing cash deposits, and assisting with maintenance tasks.
  • Provide courteous customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general upkeep.
  • Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Support cleanliness and safety protocols, including spill cleanup.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage and surrounding area landmarks.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; parking experience preferred.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including 2nd, 3rd, and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected events.
  • Sound judgment and physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
