Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley in the heart of Silicon Valley is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Guest Services team and ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of luxury hotel supervisory front office experience, strong English, flexible schedule, and US work authorization; the role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and worldwide employee perks.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of luxury hotel experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings and some overnights.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and engaging service at all times.
• Oversee Front Office and Guest Services operations and train staff.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures; manage billing with internal departments.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Resolve guest complaints with hospitality and professionalism.

The Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager.

Essential Function Of The Job

• Always offer professional and engaging service
• Assist in overseeing the at the Front Office and Guest Services - conduct interviews, departmental trainings, and provide hands on support
• Ensure communication between pertinent departments is seamless regarding any special needs with guests
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
• Coordinate arrivals, departures for guests
• Work with internal departments regarding billing
• Block rooms for arrivals to ensure proper handling of special attention guest, return guest and groups
• Assure that all financial and credit procedures are followed. Follow up on credit problems with Financial Manager
• Follow-up with guest requests
• Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available.
• Responds swiftly and effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Resolves customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications And Skills

• 2-3 years of luxury hotel experience in a supervisory or management role of Front Office or Rooms Division
• Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings and some overnights.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
