Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations, supervision, service, and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Ability to operate bar taps, coffee makers, and dishwashers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and bar operations while maintaining standards.
• Provide guest service excellence and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise staff and coordinate front and back of house.
• Monitor POS systems and report discrepancies.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and communicate daily specials and service changes.
