The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in restaurant leadership, a hospitality degree is preferred, and a strong track record in budgeting, staff development, and brand standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School education; post-secondary education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).

• Monitor cost control, inventory, sales, and payroll.
