Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B team at Hotel Washington. The role focuses on profitability, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards across restaurant, banquet, and catering operations.

You will manage staff, collaborate with Sales for minimums and pricing, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving growth in a dynamic hospitality environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage
• Bachelor-level education preferred in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
• Knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
• Familiarity with federal/state labor laws and health regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeted revenues and expenses for the Food & Beverage Department
• Direct staff, assign work, and develop departmental goals
• Ensure brand directives for menus and programs are followed
• Oversee banquet and catering operations and ensure quality
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing and marketing strategies
• Lead procurement of liquor and wine and maintain asset upkeep
• Hire, train, and develop associates and ensure health and safety standards
