Job summary

Bluejack Ranch is seeking an Operations leader for its Food & Beverage division, reporting to the F&B Director. You will oversee daily dining, ensure service standards, and maintain regulatory compliance while supporting budgets and staff development.

You will coordinate with Golf, Events, and Membership teams to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor in Hospitality preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or club operations.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage operations under the F&B Director.
• Uphold service standards and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, labor, COGS, and expenses; review reports.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop F&B staff.
• Collaborate with Golf, Events, Membership and other departments.
