MGM Resorts International's Mandalay Bay seeks a Senior Executive Assistant Steward to lead stewarding operations, support guest experiences, and guide a team in a fast-paced hotel/casino setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of stewarding experience in hotel/casino environments.
• Experience in multi-venue stewarding operations and/or banquet stewarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stewarding operations to meet departmental goals and exceed guest expectations.
• Oversee HR responsibilities including hiring, training, and ensuring staff satisfaction.
• Address labor relations issues and provide coaching, suspensions, or terminations as needed.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure adherence to F&B policies and safety procedures.
