• Experience managing employees under a CBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department operations aligned with budget and profitability.
• Ensure guest service meets brand standards and service levels.
• Oversee staff hiring, coaching, and scheduling with diversity commitments.
• Suggest improvements for products, services, technology, and processes.
• Inspect equipment and kitchen areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Authorize replacement equipment and monitor supply costs.
• Maintain inventory for dinnerware, flatware, glassware and reorder.
