Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to supervise room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors. You will assist in managing day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations and enforce quality standards and cost controls.

Key responsibilities include assigning duties, ensuring room readiness, and maintaining clear communication with Front Office and other departments.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and ability to work with guests, other departments, and housekeeping staff.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for staff training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors.
• Assign duties, inspect work for cleanliness, and manage room readiness.
• Print housekeeping reports and maintain key control procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments for smooth operations.
• Address guest complaints and take recovery actions when needed.
