MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper for the Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO. This second-level manager oversees site housekeeping, directs teams, and supports the Executive Housekeeper in achieving budget and quality goals.

The AEH ensures standards compliance, coordinates with resort management, and drives a welcoming, inclusive work culture while maintaining assets and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving performance and field operations metrics.
• Effective written and verbal English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assign daily tasks to housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors.
• Monitor daily hours to stay within budgeted levels.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to staff and address concerns promptly.
• Conduct weekly training meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Interview, select, and onboard new team members; ensure proper onboarding.
