Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality or customer service background preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with service providers.
• Strong safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect guest rooms daily to meet brand standards.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate with laundry provider to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate safe work practices and incorporate into performance reviews.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and housekeeping areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest areas to ensure safety and proper duties.
• Enforce safety regulations in equipment and supply usage.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Complete brand-required training within designated timeframes.
• Strive to exceed guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist in developing and maintaining housekeeping and laundry policies.
