Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to manage all housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The role oversees rooms, public areas, laundry, and inventory while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Key duties include staff scheduling, safety training, performance reviews, and daily/monthly meetings. The position emphasizes PAR level maintenance, facility coordination, and timely reporting to support a premium guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff and daily operations.
• Ability to train staff on safety and SOPs; strong communication.
• Organized and detail-oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules according to forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity.
• Train staff on safety, company policies, and SOPs; conduct reviews.
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas daily; maintain PAR levels.
• Monitor work orders; coordinate with engineering for maintenance.
• Complete daily reports and participate in Manager-on-Duty coverage.
• Lead housekeeping to meet guest service and brand standards.
