MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead a dynamic housekeeping team across the Mandalay Bay property. You will drive standards, coach staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Experience with or in a union environment is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations in line with department goals.
• Ensure guest room cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Manage HR responsibilities for Housekeeping (training, coaching, staffing).
• Mentor Floor Managers and handle escalations in the Manager's absence.
