Job summary

NCG Hospitality in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations with a focus on staff supervision and quality. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and starting pay of $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience, with weekend availability required.

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Past housekeeping or related work experience.
• Strong oral and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment
• Performs daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to team and entering room status' in the computer system
• Promptly reports room status and maintenance issues
• Assists in daily room inspection program
• Ability to perform all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, housekeeping and public areas
