North Central Group is hiring a Dual Executive Housekeeper for Courtyard Chandler Fashion Center. You will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public areas, driving cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across a busy hotel environment.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, with a focus on training, scheduling, and performance management. You’ll lead a team in a fast-paced setting and contribute to cost control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Housekeeping or related work experience.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure high performance and growth.
• Establish systems, checklists, and inspections for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed across all areas.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and key control compliance.
• Deliver superior room and public area cleanliness; monitor costs (labor, inventory, linen).

How You’ll Make An Impact

Our high-spirited Dual Executive Housekeeper enjoys overseeing all housekeeping operations of the property in order to ensure that our guests receive clean and comfortable accommodations each and every stay.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage the housekeeping, laundry, and public area team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed
• Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure high performance and team growth

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Establish and maintain systems, checklists, and inspection programs to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed, supporting team efforts across all areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and key control procedures

Guest Experience & Cost Management

• Deliver superior room and public area cleanliness that meets or exceeds brand and guest expectations.
• Monitor and control departmental costs, including labor, inventory, and linen management.
