Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Uphold product quality standards and respond promptly to guest needs to boost satisfaction.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring staff complete development plans.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment with clear communication between staff and management.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day housekeeping operations.

Job Details: Job Location: Crowne Plaza - Asheville, NC 28806, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly, Job Category: Hospitality - Hotel, We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our housekeeping leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure our resort maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance across all guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas
• Supervise, support, and monitor housekeeping staff in their daily tasks, reporting any discrepancies to housekeeping management
• Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet and exceed the resort's cleanliness and presentation standards
• Champion guest satisfaction by upholding product quality standards and responding promptly to guest needs
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training efforts, ensuring all staff complete development plans and are equipped to deliver exceptional service
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports strong communication between staff and management
