Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subject; five years in operations management with success in financial goals for retirement living or related fields.
• Experience in operating or maintaining a quality, customer service workforce.
• Experience in recruiting and training others.
• Licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required by state law.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, especially Excel and Word.
• Driving responsibilities may be required with company or personal vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Establishes networks and resources for resident referrals.
• Reviews building construction and preventative maintenance.
• Able to work in various positions at community and fill in as needed.
• Provide support for department heads in all disciplines as needed.
• Builds a high performing team and keeps morale high.
• Assists the Executive Director with all aspects of operations.
• Recruits and trains team members as assigned.
• Supervises or may have direct supervisory responsibilities for some team members.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and ensures a quality-oriented workforce.
• May drive company vehicle if required by community.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
