Job summary

Atria Signature Collection is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage daily community operations in a retirement living setting. You will drive financial performance, staff recruitment and training, and ensure exceptional resident and family service.

Qualifications

• Five years of operations management experience with demonstrated success in meeting financial goals in senior living or related fields
• Demonstrated success in operating or maintaining a quality, customer-service oriented workforce
• Experience in recruiting and training others
• Licensed as an administrator for assisted living where required by state regulations
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel and Word
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive as needed
• Ability to work in various positions within a community and cover for others
• Support department heads across disciplines and build a high-performing team
• Assist the Executive Director in all aspects of operations
• Recruits and trains team members as assigned
• Supervisory responsibilities for some team members may exist
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and a quality-oriented workforce
• Complete driving duties using company or personal vehicle as required
• May perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team across the community
• Support the Executive Director with day-to-day operations and financial goals
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; ensure guest/customer satisfaction
• Oversee resident services, maintenance, and safety programs
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize operations and budget adherence
• Engage with local community to build networks and referrals
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
