Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community's day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility. You will recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement to achieve top-tier resident satisfaction.

You will develop and implement budgets, labor, occupancy, and revenue strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals (preferred).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Position requires driving responsibilities and may involve using company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of all sales and operations strategies and tactics for the community.
• Regularly communicate performance with the Regional Vice President.
• Collaborate with Community Sales Director on competitive threats and sales calls.
• Ensure adherence to the Resident's Bill of Rights and compliance with regulations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; manage a team of 65–80.
