Americare Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Executive Director for the Union Pointe community in Union, MO. This role supports daily operations, leadership, and resident experience alongside the Executive Director.

A strong candidate will be 18+, willing to pursue CMA certification, and bring organizational, communication, and multitasking strengths to a growth-focused senior living team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to obtain CMA certification.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple areas of operations.
• Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and team members.
• Interest in leadership, operations, and long-term growth in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director with day-to-day community operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and supporting frontline team members.
• Provide operational oversight and support to various departments.
• Assist with administrative and financial tasks, including basic reporting and documentation.
• Serve as sales and marketing support partner, including tours and lead follow-up.
• Enter and track information in the CRM and support census growth.
