Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Executive Director / Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of the Washington Place Assisted Living & Memory Care community in Washington, MO. You will foster a warm, nurturing environment that enhances residents' quality of life while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

As a senior leader, you’ll oversee operations, budget, occupancy, and staffing, while collaborating with regional leadership to drive service excellence

Qualifications

• Current state Administrator licensure or certification, as required by state regulations.
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), if required by the state.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a resident-first mindset, prioritizing compassionate care, safety, and quality of life.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff.
• Oversee medical, nursing, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Enforce policies and procedures that support high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage the community budget, monitor expenses, revenue, and occupancy.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
