Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
• Experience in all kitchen operations including purchasing, culinary training, menu and dietary planning and administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in all food outlets.
• Control budgeted food cost and labor cost.
• Assist with development of menus and new food ideas.
• Maintain superior food quality and proper storage/rotation of items.
• Train and develop kitchen supervisors and direct reports.
• Ensure proper dress code and sanitation policies are followed.
• Oversee training of kitchen staff and hiring of production employees.
• Ensure safety procedures and report regulatory violations as required.
