Job Title: Assistant Event Coordinator
Location: Saint Louis, MO
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. You will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to support all aspects of event logistics, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination of all event activities.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and venues to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Coordinate event materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
  • Assist with event promotion and marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing guest registration, setting up equipment, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Track and manage RSVPs, attendee lists, and guest accommodations.
  • Help maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and follow-up with clients for feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
