Think Tell Junction We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. You will work closely with the Event Coordinator and other team members to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events, while providing support to make sure everything runs smoothly. .

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and catering services.
  • Help create event timelines and ensure all milestones are met leading up to the event.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the event.
  • Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses to ensure financial accountability.
  • Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotions and email campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
