Qualifications

• Qualia experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; Claude/AI tools a plus.
• Exposure to multi-state portfolio transactions a plus (lines of credit, construction loans, etc.).
• Remote to start, transitioning to hybrid within the first year.

We're hiring a Commercial Escrow Assistant for our Orlando team. This role supports commercial real estate closings exclusively — no residential.

Who We are Seeking

• Manage and close sophisticated commercial transactions, including land, retail, office, industrial, and multi-property portfolio deals.
• Work closely with attorneys, title agents, escrow officers, and support staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the escrow process.
• Review and interpret commercial contracts to establish timelines, tasks, and process new orders.
• Prepare and review closing documents, process post-closing documentation.
• Ensure all escrow funds are properly received, safeguarded, reconciled, and disbursed in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accountability for escrow files, records, and retention systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a title agency, underwriter, or law firm with a commercial practice.
• Detail-driven, comfortable supporting multiple title agents and escrow officers as workload shifts.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thinks proactively while still following established procedures and timelines.
• Qualia experience strongly preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Claude/AI tools a plus.
• Exposure to multi-state portfolio transactions a plus, including lines of credit, construction loans, sale-leasebacks, forward funding, bridge debt, and mezzanine financing.
