The Assistant Entertainment Booking Manager acts as a link between live booking, talent agencies, management, and artists. This position works directly with entertainment operations, artist talent and management agencies, including tour and production managers. Additionally, regular communication across PENN Entertainment venues is required to assist with artist financial offers and venue programming. The entertainment contract administrator will report to the Assistant Entertainment Booking Manager, to facilitate contracts, payments, and tax and vendor forms.
Review edits to performer contracts including mark-ups, tracking, processing, and storing final executed agreements. Gather all relevant information related to contracts from talent agencies and management, ticketing, and property teams.
