Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking an Assistant Environmental Health & Safety Manager to integrate EHS services into project operations and ensure regulatory compliance on assigned projects. This role is project-based and involves collaboration with EH&S staff, superintendents, project managers and area leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 3+ years identifying safety hazards and recommending controls.
• 3+ years safety role with communication across all levels in construction.

Responsibilities

• Integrate EHS services into business practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee EHS on assigned project and interact with EH&S staff, superintendents, project managers and leadership.
• Coordinate with EH&S staff, Superintendents, Project Managers and Area leadership.
