Job summary

Mainline Services, LLC in Kansas City seeks an Assistant Division Manager to supervise heavy mechanical operations and support railroad/environmental projects. You will coordinate with Division Managers on service delivery, safety, and client relations, while managing equipment and manpower to meet project goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends, to support emergency calls and scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications

• One or more years related experience supervising heavy mechanical equipment and field operations.
• Experience in railroad or environmental remediation is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and FRA regulations and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, technical, and administrative activities within an assigned territory.
• Lead and collaborate with Division Managers to accomplish service delivery, quality control, project management, equipment and manpower allocation and growing client relationships.
• Represent the company professionally to clients, colleagues, and the public.
