Job summary

Hulcher Services Inc. is seeking a motivated Division Manager to lead all division activities in the assigned area, including production, distribution, and marketing operations to meet customer service requirements.

Qualifications

• Three or more years related experience supervising heavy mechanical equipment and field operations.
• Leadership experience in the railroad or environmental industry with knowledge of railcar derailment operations and maintenance.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel as required.
• Extensive knowledge of state permits requirements and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication, decision-making, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements plans to manage division operations including production, distribution, and market-facing activities.
• Maintains a safe, positive, and productive work environment while achieving safety, financial, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Schedules and coordinates assignments with foreman/assistants to meet customer demands.
• Interacts with customers and industry reps to evaluate and promote expanded services in the area.
• Schedules and performs maintenance and repair of field equipment and division facilities.
• Reviews costs and product quality, adjusting production and inventory control as needed for profitability.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and counsels division staff and ensures proper onboarding.
